It’s a scam run out of Eastern Europe. They pretend to be in Ireland or the UK They are not.
Ireland has very high unemployment and Irish citizens who can are leaving to find work in other countries. It would be almost I’m possible to get a job as a non EEA citizen.

Is it safe to buy Dsi points from the Dsi store from the system?

Question by Bobby: Is it safe to buy Dsi points from the Dsi store from the system?
I have 10 bucks to buy the points so I told my mom that I would pay her back the money, but my dad said that the credit card number is going through the air so someone could steal it. Now she`s to afraid to buy it from the dsi. Is it safe?

Answer by Corei7 Maniac
If the wireless network has WPA-2 (or some other encryption standard), then it is fairly safe. Plus, the person wanting the credit card number would have to be in the right place at exactly the right time. I don’t think anyone would waste that much energy on one person’s credit card number when other ways are so much easier (like setting up a fake website). I wouldn’t worry too much.

Is it possible to retrieve documents deleted during a system restore?

Question by CARL A: Is it possible to retrieve documents deleted during a system restore?
My computer crashed. I pushed F10 thinking I could do a system restore choosing a restoration point of my choice. The computer restored itself to its original out of the box factory settings. I lost all my documents. But aren’t they still in there somewhere? What type of computer savvy expert can retrieve my stuff?

Q&A: Is it true that Linux operating system is more secure than Windows for browsing the internet?

by Michigan Municipal League (MML)

Question by JaJaJa! GotYa: Is it true that Linux operating system is more secure than Windows for browsing the internet?
I have heard this a lot lately; that Linux–Ubuntu for example–is far more secure as far as getting viruses/trojans/worms/etc. Is this true. I would think that Microsoft Windows, which we pay a LOT of money for, would be more secure than a “free” operating system; but we all know how vulnerable Windows really is, and how surfing without anti-virus is virtual suicide.
Would I be more secure with Ubuntu?

Best answer:

Answer by † Oh yeah
Yes it’s true. While Linux maybe free to download and use that does not mean that big companies don’t support it. For example IBM is a major contributer the Linux Kernel, they invest billions of dollars into Linux.

Q&A: Is it true that Linux operating system is more secure than Windows for browsing the internet?

***********************

Some security experts suggest using a Linux LiveCD (like Ubuntu) to check your bank accounts rather than Windows.

The concept is that regardless of whether your computer is infected with malware or not, a Linux LiveCD will ensure that you are browsing you bank account with a clean computer every time. And when you shutdown the computer, all web browsing data is erased because it was only temperately saved on the RAM.

Q&A: i wanna create high-level class diagram for the following garage system. ?

Question by Sasanka S: i wanna create high-level class diagram for the following garage system. ?
this is scenario, the garage has a number of regular customers who have their vehicles serviced annually whereby the vehicle being serviced, with different rates for motorcycles, cars, buses and lorries.if the serviced reveals a vehicle requires further work e.g. a new component, the customer is notified and quoted Price for the work before it is begun. the garage also carries out repairs to vehicle, whether the vehicle belongs to a regular customer oe not. for repairs the customer is quoted a price and a vehicle collection time before any work begins. customer who have used the garage for annual service are notified one month before the next service is due . Generally, customers are expected to pay for the work when they arrive to collect their vehicle. customers are classed as valued customers if they have had their vehicle serviced in the 2 previous years. valued customers are allowed to have 2 months interest free credit until they pay their invoice for any work carried out,and are occasionally offered special deals. the garage has been using a paper system to manage their servicing and repairs but now want a computer system to carry out the same tasks. they believe a computerized system will improve their customer relations, reduce the administration workload of staff and simplify their accounts.
