yes contact your CC company and tell them that its a fraudulant website.
Dr.AntiSpy is a clone of rogue anti-spyware programs such as PestTrap and SpySheriff. Once installed, Dr.AntiSpy will pop up false messages on your system tray that look similar to Microsoft notifications. Dr.AntiSpy’s fake messages are used as deceptive tactics to lure you into purchasing its full commercial version. Many users claim that Dr.Antispy is very difficult to uninstall manually because it doesn’t have a built-in uninstallation utility and tends to recreate itself instantly after reboot.
To remove it from your PC, scan your PC with this, its free and safe to use.
