Question by BlackCherry: How do I fix the Windows error message when I try to open pictures?
Whenever I try to open a picture saved to either my internal or external hard drive, I get the message “Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the file.” This is not a shared computer, and I am running Vista. This is really getting troublesome; any help?

1) If the file is located in a folder you don’t have access to, you don’t have access to it. (You don’t have access to the entire drive in Vista.)

2) If you’re just double-clicking on the picture, you might not have rights to run the program that opens it.

3) Windows might be damaged.

I went to it and It was asking for my credit card number?
And now when i go to that girls profile instead of her picture that she has, it shows a badge, and he name was changed to Ŧȧcėbook Sėcuṛiƚy. Written just like that.
