Is there a website were i can edit my movies. i want to put special affects, credits, words and all that stuff is there a website that can do that and there is no download needed.

Google “video editing company” and they will be able to do whatever your need. Now if you want to edit them yourself then I dont know of any website that you can do that through. Video is often large in file size, thus making it impractical to do over the web.
If you want try Adobe Premiere, which is what i use, and you can do it all through that program.
Otherwise, i would be happy to do it for you (for a small fee depending on the size of the project). I would need your video, credits text, caption text and what you wanted for the special effects.

I am looking to purchase a laptop for internet purposes only using a Sprint/Verizon/AT&T aircards. But I know nothing about laptops so I need your help.

I am looking to spend max $ 1500.

1) Is brand really important? I was looking at Dell because I have a credit card from them with 0% financing on XPS.

2) Is Sempron processor adequate for me since I will only use it to surf the internet? Or should I pay extra for Intel Duo?

3) How much RAM would I need? I usually surf 12 hours a day for work & play.

4) Is LoJack™ worth the peace of mind in case the laptop is stolen or lost? They charge $ 150 for 3 years coverage and would refund if not recovered.

What else do I need to know about laptops and required accessories?

If you’re only wanting to surf the net, and don’t have any gaming or graphic requirements, than why not get an older machine with a lower powered processor — with maybe Windows 2000 SP4, and save a lot of money.
A good used Thinkpad 600X, for example, with a 500MHz processor, 192 or 327 Mg Ram, using Firefox, is quite sufficient for the task you’re wanting, at a cost of about $ 225, with operating system. So, a slightly newer machine should handle your needs great.

I am using the code below to display random website in the Iframe. I need to add a code so that when someone clicks on one of the websites in the Iframe it opens the link in a new window. Is this possible?

Can’t tell. Too much code cut off. Maybe an onClick new window action can be added. BTW, that’s JavaScript, not Java. two different things.

Find a good cloud photo. Add your photo as a layer above the cloud layer. Erase or mask around your photo to eliminate any background. Reduce the opacity or use a blending mode such as linear burn.
Wind up with something like this maybe:

I buy things over the internet all the time (including 290 transactions on eBay alone) and have NEVER had a problem.
