Question by prem: How to learn web designing and earn online?
I am without job now. I have decided to do online jobs and i have chosen web-designing. I know nothing about web-designing, but i want to learn. Is it possible for me to learn web-designing? I am not computer science student. But i know little about computer and programming. How to start learning web-designing and how long ll it take to become expert in web-designing? Any one please help me.

If you are not a computer science student it is ok. You can become an expert in six month its up to you .please go through this url for online web designing course.

Freelance work.

Not sure what you mean by expert…as hopefully you will keep learning new ways to do different things.
