I am wanting to start blogging full-time, in order to drive traffic to my website, however am stuck with how to optimize and increase my blog search traffic! What are the best SEO, traffic and exposure tips for bloggers, and are there any online companies that specialise in offering search marketing solutions to bloggers? I’m especially wanting to save time and money (in order to concentrate on my blogging and not my blog marketing!). I would appreciate any opinion or response! Cheers

Blogging is the best way to make consistent money online. If you a beginner, then you should wait for some time for the blog to get popular.

The success behind a money making blog is
1. Quality of post
2. Post frequency (readers come everyday, so they want new things to read)
3. Design of the page.
4. Speed in which the blog loads.
5. SEO factor
And many others things make a blog successful. The best thing to build a successful blog is to subscribe to other blogs writing and blogging. (I’m a blogger my self I subscribe to more than 20 great blogs to learn new things, even though I’m a professional blogger)

So, starting a blog, just to make money doesn’t work. Blogging should be taken seriously to start earning serious money.

These are some ways you can earn money out of your blog.

1. PPC- Pay Per Click advertisements like Adsense, Bidvertiser, Chitika and others.
2. In Text – Infolinks and Kontera
3. CPM – Banner ads such as Adtegrity and others
4. Private Ads
5. Link Selling (Google really hates link selling- So I strongly recommend you “not” to use them)
6. Sponsored Posts or paid article for companies or their products.

I want to make a blog about something, say credit. Is it possible to make a list of subtopics on the side of the main page with links to their respective pages. For example, one subtopic might be “how your credit score changes” on the list to the side of the main page. How do I create a hyperlink on those words that leads to a page within the blog on that topic?

Does anyone know the mechanics of how one might make money by setting up his or her own blog? Do you attract advertisers? How do you set up a fee, if that is what you do? Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

forget about ads for now. u won’t make any $ from ads unless u have lots of visitors. first u should find a way to attract lots of visitors, by having an interesting site.
