My merchant services won’t help me, they say I have to payup. I did not commit the fraud, it was commited against me. Does any one know the right place to file a complaint report? I know this persons address. My business is in PA and the merchandise was delivered to AZ. The police there said I had to file with PA police. No one wants to help. Anyone know who can?
