Once you have that selected, you will the be presented with a series of questions you need to answer. This is just for identity purposes. Very simple actually, like they might ask you which one of the city’s listed on the screen you have resided in. Or another question, might be out of all the mortgage companies, listed… which one handled your mortgage. Simple stuff right?
