Scam Message is virus of the computer.
Not much of a question there….
But this is a scam.
If you notice the url “Http://APPS.facebook.com/*******, it is under the apps platform facebook offers to developers. Some try to make apps that control the chat platform to do just what happened to you. I advise you to not click on any links like that again.
SCAM…I own a car dealership and get various messages all of the time. ANY time you get anything that asks you for your password or any other personal information, stay away.
And it doesn’t matter whether or not you know the person on the other end. Even a friend could get hacked (I’ve had ‘emergencies’ from friends on FB asking me for money and the same thing you have mentioned).
FIRST RESPONSE EVER
it’s not only a scam – it’s a virus. You need to immediately report that message to Facebook, defriend the person who sent it to you and run a virus/malware scan ASAP and change your Facebook password
